Chalkware Dog Bank Card

Carnival chalk, such as this painted doggy bank, was often given out as a prize at amusement parks during the first half of the twentieth century.  Being both bulky and fragile, carnival chalk prizes were eventually phased out in favor of stuffed animals.

Blank inside, comes with a glassine envelope.
